Mind, Body and Spirit

Between yours and mine

In between yours and mine

The mine tries to shine

A lens everyone wears

Each with individual cares

The world’s our watering hole

To drink from it is the goal

It’s too vast for it to empty

Even though greed is plenty

Yours and mine, an illusion

The mind’s guilty of collusion

With forces that divide

Some praised, others we deride

Yours and mine, both shine

Equally so, it’s the same shrine

Lies vacant, neglected by the mind

It sends us on a race that’s timed
