The Hive

Bees come from afar

To nature’s nectar jar

Flowers of all colors

Are equal wonders

The nectar we feast

Does not need a priest

To plead on our behalf

It’s in our hidden half

The senses are leased

We’re enslaved until released

To the lure of desire

The ego is its sire

Fragrance of a flower

Makes everyone a lover

All come alive

In the heart, our hive
