Nature's Wings
Oceans, too vast to swim across
Metal wings are our response
Inventiveness isn’t a passing streak
It’s part of the mind’s mystique
The inner ocean is vast
With currents than run fast
Thoughts promise us wings
If we help them acquire things
We seek to flap with joy
But first, clinging we must destroy
The freedom of the skies
Is in awareness, if we can catalyze
Oceans, sky, wind, and earth
Nature’s variety, there’s no dearth
It makes awareness rise when we enjoy
Nature provides wings, which we destroy
