Life, when defined by lines

So many, like tangled vines

True wealth drifts to the sideline

Swallowed by time’s hard deadline

Life offers many signs

Read between the lines

The mind won’t care to see

Full of time, it’s on a spending spree

Life’s universal, it provides

There are no lines or divides

Its silent song is on every tongue

So full of taste, wish it was sung

Life unites, not along lines

The mind sets those guidelines

The stage doesn’t change the free

They dissolve if life decides it is a sea
