Fueling mind’s endurance

Thoughts gel through choice

The ego gives them a voice

Separation begets preferences

It’s the birth of our differences

The mind may never unite

We’re safe, following another light

When awareness is mature

Choiceless and pure

Desires are transcended

No fear if the ego’s offended

There isn’t a mad scramble

Afraid happiness may crumble

Desires can’t create separation

When awareness burns temptation
