Mind, Body and Spirit

The Trail

The trail may have run cold

Even forgotten, when old

A scent will always remain

It’s an invisible chain

Beckoning us home

It’s under this blue dome

When we see our errant ways

That have caused such delays

Returning to bliss and joy

That the mind can’t destroy

Takes courage of a lion

We are after all a scion

Of greatness, and human

Many before have proven

We can find our way back

Through experience and setback
