When we surrender
When we surrender
The ego becomes slender
It is harder to find
Amid the usual grind
Danger’s no less
Surrender, we posses
It replaces things
With invisible strings
Walking empty-handed
Ego remains unbranded
Ready to grow anytime
It is hidden slime
Waking up to the one
Who surrenders, will stun
The ego, it has no other way
But to vanish in silent dismay
