Gratitude
It’s time for gratitude
Free nature from servitude
To our desires and needs
It suffers our misdeeds
We are not lenient
The mind can be deviant
It forgets who made this bed
On which greed has spread
Let’s pause the plunder
Admire her splendor
Give thanks, to the eyes
On which the mind so relies
For a day, let’s cradle nature
The laboratory of the creator
It will help us find our roots
Before they wither from disuse
