Sunrise
There is always a sunrise
Somewhere in the skies
The simple joy of sunrise
Makes us so alive
Starry thoughts appear
Making light disappear
Habits become aids
As darkness invades
It doesn't last forever
We will tire, seeking pleasure
Through the mind’s churn
The light we can’t discern
As we cross a twilight
We’re given back eyesight
To see the beautiful sunrise
When real, it’s a valuable prize
