Endless waves, countless breaths

Their rhythms suffer no deaths

Everything’s riding on them

Life flowers on that stem

Waves, in the mind and oceans

Rise and fall with emotions

Of Nature and humankind

Rarely are they aligned

Kept afloat on the mind’s oceans

Ego shows great devotion

Seeing no shore in sight

It sleeps easy at night

Endless waves, countless breaths

Within them there are tests

Of dives into depths so deep

To reach where ego cannot seep
