Affluence is a fine line

To worldly eyes, we shine

For the inner traveler

It’s an unnecessary anchor  

When affluence flows

Abundance rapidly grows

When it’s kept frozen

Misery follows those chosen

Life shares its affluence

Keeping nature in balance

What’s in everyone’s benefit

Never runs into a deficit

Affluence is a blessing

When the ego goes missing

Locks and chains are broken

Giving continues unspoken
