Love and poison

There’s a poison in abundance

Love can provide deliverance

To the minds living divided

They will no longer be one-sided

Love can’t forever be withheld

For the heart can’t be expelled

Using it, we never run out

A change comes about

Love and poison coexist

The danger is dismissed

As the fingers point outward

While the rot travels inward

We weren’t made through poison

It’s there so we may reason

Keeping a loving mind alive

Consumes a poisonous divide
