Raining fear

Raining upon us as today’s fears

The future brings us to tears

It’s easy to give up and drown

Allowing fear to ruin our playground

Fearing a future of dry grass

Burning all that we amass

Fear’s clever scheme

Is an in-depth dream

Those asleep easily sink

A sea of fear appears in a blink 

Our lives wasted, trying to swim

Fear laughs, we are its whim

A new future will be spun

When fear is forever undone

The sea harvests our old sad tears

Adding happiness to our years
