Clouds

Some clouds may linger

Making the world dimmer

Even darkness we must enjoy

A phase we cannot avoid

Clouds cannot be touched

Their beauty lies untouched

Which the wind and the sky

Work together to amplify

Such clouds drift inside

Left alone they glide

Appearing and disappearing

To inner light, there’s no bearing

They come to paint the sky

Not as a chosen guide

Space where they drift

Is lasting and real, not makeshift
