The Dream Machine
The dream machine turns on
When we enter at dawn
The barriers of time are broken
By thoughts unspoken
The dream machine is the past
From which the present is recast
In it images are many
Desires know we’re ready
The dream machine is invisible
It’s abilities, a miracle
Around it lives revolve
Calmness runs into the ground
The dream machine is heavy
Holding on makes us unsteady
From the dream when we awaken
We can’t ever again be shaken
