Knowing Silence
When asking starts, the all-knowing silence ends
Along with it, the once mighty will bends
The journey that’s ended again begins
A long road, transcending the comfort of our skins
We find solace in the memory
It sustains every sensual reverie
It takes five to fill the mind’s hungry stomach
Which hides bloat like a meadow covered hummock
Our chains lie in false identity
Gushing like a river leaving a hilltop’s serenity
We cannot turn our backs
To destiny’s unpaid tax
The lien will only be lifted
Once the voice claimed as our own is gifted
Then silence becomes the bridge
To cross this bodily niche
